Im looking to be more efficient when it comes to making money in the game. I know i get money every Sunday from the church, but it still takes a while to reach the day.

Church income is pretty much the best thing. Selling crop crates with the merchant is decent but annoying to do every week. If you’re going to sell stuff your best bet is to try to sell 6 per week of various items. But honestly just getting the donations or combo prayer and upgrading your graveyard is the best way to make money.
If you need to advance time faster you can swing your sword and sleep. Like just any random items or like specific items? I don’t really sell much because it’s too tedious but you want to sell limited quantities of anything you’re selling because otherwise the price decreases too much and it takes forever to empty their inventory. I didn’t really sell anything except some coal and other things here and there because the process was too tedious. And vendors won’t buy certain things I noticed in some cases they’ll buy bronze or silver quality items but not gold.
It was just too much hassle ggaveyard the money from sermons gets to be pretty good when you have a good cemetary so it’s not worth it. It’s probably the best prayer unless you’re looking for buffs for better bodies or something else late game. Mmmm, the Combo Prayer sounds really good.

I think the best early grafeyard prayer is the prayer of prosperity. It gives you a scroll that moey for 1 silver and levels a vendor up, so you can get the farmer and the miller unlocked for, you guessed it, best ways to make money graveyard keeper onions and hops. I just make sure that I have a full warehouse each week and I make 1g10s every time. The way I made a lot of my money is to mine a TON of coal at the mines and then smelt it into Graphite.
The other way to make decent money is to make the combo prayer, which will get you both faith and donations, it’s a little difficult to make, but totally worth it in the long run as you can get more money than you will need. Making gold wine is also a good way of making money, you can sell it to the merchant for a tidy sum, but as with everything else, it WILL degrade in value the more you sell it. As for which NPCs that you should focus on, the answer is all of.
Everyone one of them will have a different part of a whole to help you succeed. But I can answer your coal question. From my understanding this game does has a more realistic setting of supply and demand. The more you sell a particular item the less it is needed by the community thereby lessening the amount you get selling it.
I don’t know about efficiency, but the best income i had was by selling gold and silver quality beer and wine to the merchant and the inn. The only problem with that was manufacturing the fertilizer frequently so the crops would turn good, but the returns were decent.
Do you know where i can plant it? Fertilizer is a alchemy product as you may have guessed, the silver fertilzer for quality alone you can make on a tier 1 bench, but gold fertilizer needs stuff like flavour enhancer, which needs a tier 2 alchemy table. So you gotta be there atleast for the high quality products, you can use regular fertilizer too, but that will degrade your harvest to lower quality and seed quantity.
Merchant day is my «trade» day. Then it’s 6 gold wines, cakes, gold grape pies and any silver bars leftover after alchemy to the merchant. Some goods, such as Shovel 2, Pickaxe 2 and Axe 2 can be sold gravfyard villager artisans at non-degrading prices. Another one is graphite, which the blacksmith will buy for 30 copper per piece IIRC.
Right now I’m thinking of making an assembly line and just chewing through making a high-score graveyard for sermon money. That 12 gold Aristocrat paper gate is brutal if you haven’t been focused on making money. The things that give most money atm is crates to merchant up to 1 gold per week and gold combo prayer with very high graveyard rating not sure exactly and it all depends but if you have more than rating you should get above 30 silver each week. Selling wine also gets honorary mention because it’s easy to make and if you sell all 3 star wines every week it’s pretty good money.
One time things that make decent money are the food stand quest from inquisitor you have to do ro anywayselling ms charm jewelry from diamond and gold you get in dungeon, and selling silver gravsyard to merch.
Early on, stones sell for a good price. Once the farm gets going, I sell cooked veggies. Then muffins. Then wine. Then silver and books and tools II if I’m feeling cheesy. There’s a supply and demand. The various buyers consume about 6 items per night, so if you overload on selling, it can be a while until the price is back to a reasonable point.
